Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement – Drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
goals.
- Market Coverage – Ensure optimal outlet coverage and route optimization for sales
representatives.
- Distributor Management – Oversee distributor performance, inventory, and financial
hygiene.
- Retail Execution – Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional compliance at
retail.
- Team Supervision – Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams for high performance.
- Category Plan Execution – Ensure category plan implementation basis BU for plans
shared across each MOC
- Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies and timely
reporting of field activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or distribution experience, preferably in FMCG/general
trade.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets, distributors, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience leading or supervising a sales/field team.
- Hands-on experience with route-to-market strategies or trade marketing.
- Familiarity with category plan execution and in-market promotional activities.
