Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Act as the 1st level Technical Key Account (TKA) for component projects, depending on project acquisition and assignment.
  • Act as the technical interface for customers, responding to technical questions and clarifications.
  • Support execution of running customer projects for Passenger Car (PC) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) applications.
  • Support acquisition activities (in term of documentation) for new customer (JOEM) projects in PC and CV domains.
  • Drive and support continuous improvement activities related to component quality issues in the field.
  • Acquire and maintain technical know-how of DNOX products through collaboration with Platform teams in Europe (Hungary).
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones and assume responsibility for Quality Gate (QG) activities.
  • Track and coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for PC customers.
  • Provide support to other areas when need, including: drawing, experiment and validation.
  • Prepare and maintain Technical Customer Documentation in accordance with customer and project requirements.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Have 4-6 years of experience in relevant roles
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese for customer interaction (preferred JLPT N2 level or higher).
  • Willingness to work onsite in BOSCH Japan for 2.5 years or longer, starting from Mar 2027 or earlier.
  • Good communication skills in English for collaboration with overseas associates and global teams.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design, product engineering, or automotive component development.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, customer orientation, and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Proactive learning attitude and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge.

It'd be a big advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of DNOX products and exhaust aftertreatment systems 
  • Experience in project coordination or handling responsibilities as a Technical Key Account (TKA)
