Senior Executive, Performance Marketingat Pathao

Pathao is looking for a 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 in the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 department, with hands-on experience in data-driven performance marketing strategies and CRM. This is a strategic role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and ownership. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging advertising platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and business growth across Pathao's verticals. • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies and optimize key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and conversion rates. • Manage campaign budgets, forecast media spend, and optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI. • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze user behavior and campaign insights, and identify optimization opportunities. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders. • Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion and campaign performance. • Develop audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and lifecycle strategies to improve campaign performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize creatives, messaging, and customer journeys for better campaign performance. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and MMP integrations (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer). • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠: • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or Digital Advertising. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. • Experience with DV360 or other programmatic platforms is a plus. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, mobile attribution, and analytics tools such as GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel, GTM, and Meta Pixel. • Experience with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer), CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. • Knowledge of campaign measurement, attribution, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience segmentation, and performance optimization. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or TikTok certifications are an advantage.
