Develop and maintain Palantir.comBuild and ship Next.js microsites, from mocks through to productionEstablish and maintain the design system and shared components other content creators build onAdvise designers and content creators on web, UX, accessibility, and SEO best practicesIterate with our Legal team on ongoing requirements as laws and the web evolveWork with the rest of the Communications team to drive traffic with brand campaignsDevelop, review, and ship within our CI pipeline, maintaining its threat model as risks evolve Technologies We Use

Eye for detail: part of the role is making sure the content being brought forward cleanly aligns with other content on the websiteDesign sensibility: keeping every web touchpoint of the brand coherent and well presentedCross-functional communication: working across the whole business bringing other teams' stories forward; the ability to translate between non-technical stakeholders and implementation mattersJuggling priorities: ability to move several projects forward at once without dropping quality on any of themOwnership: this role carries a lot of independence, and with it responsibility for the outcomes that independence producesA drive to raise the level around you: teaching teammates and building things others can run withWhat We Require
2 Years of experience with frontend designWeb fundamentals: accessibility, performance, uptime, SEOFrontend proficiency: TypeScript, React, Next.jsDesign/visual competence: Figma fluency, ability to take mocks to production
