Eligibility

Applicants must

  • Hold (or be about to complete) a master's degree qualifying for masters study
  • Meet the English-language proficiency requirements of the host institution
  • Demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and a clear return-on-investment for their home country or field
  • Be a citizen or resident of an eligible country (Asia, Africa). Submit a competitive personal statement, research proposal (where applicable), and academic references
